1. 14-Day Free Trial PeriodWe offer a 14-day free trial to all new users. This period is specifically designed for you to explore the platform, test all features, and ensure the WhatsApp Cloud API meets your business requirements.
- Recommendation: We strongly encourage users to perform all necessary testing during these 14 days.
- Since the trial is free and provided for evaluation, no refunds will be issued for subscription charges once the trial period ends and a paid plan is activated.
Refunds are only considered under very specific circumstances:
- Technical Issues: If you experience persistent technical failures originating from our platform that prevent the core service from functioning.
- Verification: Any reported technical issue must be verified by our technical support team. If the issue is found to be on our end and cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe, a refund may be initiated.
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Feature Requests: Requests for refunds based on the absence of a specific feature or a misunderstanding of current capabilities are ineligible. We provide the 14-day trial specifically to check for required features.
- Change of Mind: Once a subscription is active after the trial, "change of mind" or "no longer needing the service" does not qualify for a refund.
- Third-Party Issues: Issues arising from Meta (WhatsApp), internet connectivity, or your own system's compatibility are not eligible for refunds.
- Wallet/Credit Usage: WhatsApp Conversation Credits or pre-paid balances are non-refundable.
If your refund request is approved after verification:
- Processing Time: The refund will be processed within 5 working days.
- Method: The amount will be credited back to the original payment method used during the purchase.
- Notification: You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated from our side.

- Your Account ID/Registered Email.
- Detailed description of the continuous technical issue.
- Screenshots or logs of the error.
