- By using our Services, you acknowledge that WhatsApp or Meta may suspend or ban accounts for violations of their Business Policy or Commerce Policy.
- Chat Sync Solutions is not responsible or liable for:
- Any suspension, restriction, or banning of your WhatsApp account.
- Any downtime, message delays, or loss of access caused by WhatsApp or third-party providers.
- It is your responsibility to ensure all use of WhatsApp automation complies with Meta’s Terms of Service and applicable communication laws (e.g., anti-spam, consent requirements).
4. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials (email, API keys, tokens, passwords).
- Ensuring all actions performed under your account comply with these Terms and applicable laws.
- Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized use or security breach.
We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.
